Why aren’t more people living their dreams today?
Two reasons—fear and disbelief. They’re scared to be who they are. Unlike when they were a child, they no longer believe that their dream is possible.
When you take a shot at making your vision a reality—whether it’s buying your dream house, starting a business, or living into your calling, there is a lot at risk:
• You may not have enough knowledge or experience.
• You could lose the respect of your friends.
• You could end up without a roof over your head or food on the table.
There are plenty of ways you could fail.
But have you considered the other side of the coin?
You could also succeed. Think about it…
• You could knock it out of the park.
• You could gain people’s respect and adoration.
• You could become fabulously wealthy.
Energy is much better spent thinking positively and imagining good outcomes. Your imagination is a preview of coming attractions. So start using it to create what you want instead of what you don’t want.
Why you should never be afraid
to pursue your dream
Your vision is an idea that only you can bring to life. And until you do that, you’re robbing the world of a gift.
Even if you can’t imagine how you’ll get past the obstacles, your odds for success go WAY up by doing three things:
1) Declare your dream,
2) Believe it, and
3) Act on it.
These things work because they are part of an unchangeable process.
Everything happens by law
The universe operates in an orderly way.
When the tide goes out, it always comes in. The night is always followed by the day. And spring always follows winter. Summer never follows winter.
We have an innate awareness that if there’s an up, there’s got to be a down. If there’s a right, there’s got to be a left.
It’s all because of Universal Laws. These Laws are how everything happens, including achieving a goal.
The beauty of this is since laws aren’t man-made, they can’t be changed by man. So when you understand and work in harmony with these Laws, you will always win!
When you know how the Laws work, you’ll no longer be afraid to move in the direction of your dreams. You’ll realize that it’s your choices, not your circumstances, that will create the life you desire.
Goals are spiritual seeds
Let me give you an example of how understanding the Laws allows you to make the right choices and achieve your goals.
One of the principles you should be aware of is the Law of Gender. This Law decrees all seeds have a gestation or an incubation period.
Your goal is a spiritual seed.
You see, when you build an idea in your mind and decide to pursue it, you create a seed. And when you get emotionally involved with your goal, you plant that seed in the garden of your mind.
Then, like all seeds, your idea has a specific gestation period that is governed by Law.
However, at this point, things can get a little murky.
As wise as we’ve become over the years, we have never gained an understanding of what the gestation period is for a non-physical seed. So, unlike planting a carrot seed, when you set a goal, all you can do is guess at the length of time it’ll take you to achieve it.
Now, if you reach the time you set and the goal hasn’t manifested, it’s because of one of two things
You either haven’t given it the energy it needed to demonstrate, or you chose the wrong date.
The good news is whether you have been slack in thinking about and working on your goal or you picked the wrong date, the same answer applies: Expect it to manifest and give yourself an extension of time.
See, if you are working in harmony in with the Law of Gender (and the other laws), the things you need are moving toward you. You just don’t see them until they arrive at your door.
That is how the Laws work. The resources and people you need to attract will be delivered right on schedule so keep your faith strong as you continue to take action.
When you work with the Laws, no goal is too high
The realization of a goal is not a complicated process.
Since it’s based on Universal Laws, it is as straightforward, consistent and reliable as 2 + 2 = 4. No matter how big the goal is.
The problem is, most people set and go after goals in the wrong way.
If you have a goal, dream or calling you’re not yet living into, it’s time to get to work. Remember…
1) Declare It—profess that it is yours and see it in as much detail as possible.
2) Believe It—think about your goal often, and feel happy and grateful as if it has already happened.
3) Act on It—act if you’re already the person you want to become.
Get the pieces to complete your puzzle
If you want to live your dream, achieve a goal that has previously scared you, or discover a goal that really excites you, knowing the real principles of goal achievement will save you a lot of wasted time, energy, and money.
When you understand these principles, reaching your goals becomes not merely “possible” or “probable” … it becomes practically INEVITABLE.
If that sounds appealing, here’s something that may interest you.
