AN EXTRAORDINARY LINEAGE
For millions of people, Bob Proctor’s name is synonymous with “success.” And he is known as America’s greatest prosperity teacher. How did Bob come so far? He is linked to the forefathers of the personal development movement going back to 1908:
Andrew Carnegie,
the first billionaire challenged Napolean Hill to interview the world’s most successful people in order to create a simple formula that anyone can follow in order to achieve success and become wealthy.
Napoleon Hill
accepted the challenge and in 1937 published the original version of “Think and Grow Rich.”
In 1960, Earl Nightingale
co-founded the Nightingale-Conant Corporation. The company produced personal development material recorded on vinyl records. Earl Nightingale studied “Think and Grow Rich” and ultimately won a Literary Prize from Hill’s Foundation in 1989.
In 1961, Bob Proctor started studying “Think and Grow Rich” and it transformed his life. Bob listened to Earl Nightingale’s condensed recording of the book thousands of time. Then, Bob worked shoulder-to-shoulder with Earl Nightingale at Nightingale-Conant from 1968 to 1973, before leaving to start his own personal development company. Today, Bob has studied thousands of books, continues to read “Think and Grow Rich” every day, and is considered the world’s foremost expert on the human mind.
In 2006, a very successful attorney named Sandy Gallagher attended one of Bob Proctor’s three-day seminars. Those three days transformed her life and eventually she joined forces with Bob to create Proctor Gallagher.

And so we concentrate on teaching our audience how the mind really works, and how to expand and develop it to create extraordinary living for themselves and others.

As a company we set big revenue goals so we can continue to increase the impact our work has in the world. For now our goal is to build a new school in Africa every day as we work toward our vision of creating a world in which true wealth—spiritual, material, intellectual—flows to, through and from each one of us.
WHAT WE DO
When Bob Proctor’s life changed dramatically in the 1960s, he wanted nothing more than to teach others how to change their lives. Unfortunately, he didn’t fully understand how he did it, so he set out on a mission to figure it out. After nearly 10 years of extensive study, Bob found his answer: He had changed his paradigm.
Paradigms are a multitude of habits that govern every move we make. They govern our communication, our work habits, our successes and our failures. Negative and faulty paradigms are why ninety-some percent of the population keeps getting the same results, year in and year out.
Using more than 50 years of research, study and direct application, we teach people how to do what Bob did: change their paradigm so they can get desirable results and enjoy life more fully.
Each day, we continue to study and to create so we can continue to offer the most practical ways to continue to develop the extraordinary power of the mind.

We believe most people want to earn more money, have more fun and enjoy their days more. But we know it won’t happen by accident. Proctor Gallagher’s teachings are built on the premise that we have a power flowing in and through us that is far superior to any condition or circumstance around us. We show our audience how to use their thoughts to direct this power to achieve whatever results they choose in this lifetime.
SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
We want to help create a more just world for everyone, including giving every person an opportunity to realize their full potential. So we give back by helping children with no hope get an education and live in a safer environment.
We donate a significant percentage of our revenue to the Unstoppable Foundation, a non-profit humanitarian organization bringing sustainable education to children and communities in developing countries. Our donations currently build one school every two and a half weeks in Africa. Our goal is to increase our donations to the point where we are building one school a day in that developing country.
