How to Develop Powerful Beliefs

Are your beliefs sound?

That’s not a rhetorical question. It’s an important question that you should take the time to evaluate if you want to be more, do more or have more.

Because as Napoleon Hill put it, “No one’s ready for a thing, until they believe that they can acquire it. The state of mind must be belief and not mere hope or wish.”

So if you want more money, become aware of the beliefs that are blocking you from the flow of money in your life.
If you wish you were creative, ask yourself where you got the belief that you are not creative and remember that you are expressing yourself creatively every moment of every day.

If you want a loving partner, take a close look at what you think and feel about yourself, such as your worthiness and your self-image.

In the video, Bob says that our beliefs about anything are based upon our evaluation, and we are free to reevaluate any of them at any time.

So courageously begin to analyze your beliefs, one at a time. Ask yourself if you have good and sound reasons for each one. As you do this, you will find that many of your strongest convictions have absolutely no foundation. You will realize that some of your beliefs are totally absurd.

As you get rid of unfounded beliefs and begin to evaluate who you truly are, you will find your belief about your own ability to achieve any goal will change dramatically.

I recommend that you analyze your beliefs regularly … it will be like mental house cleaning.

The truth is you can do anything, but you’ve got to believe it. Without belief, it is not going to happen.

Why?

Because the thoughts you internalize set up the vibration, the vibration causes the action and the action causes the reaction. It’s the action/reaction that creates the result. You’ve got to believe it can be!

Before I end this post, let me remind you of another quote from Napoleon Hill that Bob shared:

“Remember, no more effort is required to aim high in life, to demand abundance and prosperity, than is required to accept misery and poverty.”

Why continue to struggle to play small when you can believe that you will have all that you want and let your belief help create the fact?
